Trekking to the Chaberton

On the summit of Mount Chaberton, at 3,131 m above sea level, there is one of the historic fortifications present in the upper Susa valley. Italian until 1947 became French after the Second World War, this fortress with its towers dominates the entire Susa valley and the Briancon valley.
