An online talk with Anouk Beckers, founder JOIN collective.

Anouk Beckers had been looking for a way to open up the fashion system ever since her studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. How can we create without participating in the endless, trend-driven cycle of consumption? The answer came in the form of JOIN collective, a design and research project which explores fashion as a collective practice: anyone can participate. Thus, she transformed the traditional relationship between creator and client.
