At the beginning of the pandemic, we were all challenged with envisioning what our futures could look like. What we’ve found is that even during unprecedented times, our creative pursuits persevered as we developed into our own practices. Through this evolution, we became the next generation of designers with a new attitude towards the future.
The catalyst to any designer’s artistry is their vision—visions rich in color and meaning; visions that look beyond limitations; visions of universes where our thoughts like to travel. There is no single destination, but an amalgamation of perspectives that expand into infinity. In a cohort full of diverse voices, each designer explored the full extent of how they envision themselves.
Visions is not merely a formal sendoff for recent graduates—but a proper demonstration of skillfulness and accomplishment in the timbre of twenty-five designers. Founded upon the belief that every designer has a vision, this exhibition explores the wide gamut of interests, talents, and stories each designer has prepared for showcase.
