Volcán de La Palma video 4K Timelapse

El pasado 19 de septiembre la tierra se abrió en la zona de Cabeza de Vaca en el edificio volcánico activo de la isla de La Palma, Cumbre Vieja. Ante mí, como a muchos de nosotros/as la posibilidad de ver en vivo un volcán en erupción. Decidí viajar a la isla los primeros días de erupción, concretamente los días 24-25 de septiembre. Todo era confusión y novedoso, por lo que me vi afectado por las restricciones en mi estancia en la isla, tanto en los lugares donde poder ver el volcán de forma segura, como el propio aeropuerto, pues tuve que regresar en barco. Por lo que mi guion inicial tuvo que ser totalmente modificado e improvisar por decirlo de alguna forma para mostrar a través de mis cámaras la erupción volcánica. Mi estancia en la isla y el primer contacto con el volcán fue totalmente chocante. Un sentimiento totalmente contradictorio. Por un lado, ver el espectáculo de la naturaleza tan fascinante como la erupción volcánica y un sueño cumplido y a la vez la angustia de las personas que lo iban perdiendo todo. Mi impacto fue tan grande que a pesar de haber hecho la recopilación del timelapse en septiembre, no he decidido hacerlo público hasta ahora.
En este pequeño timelapse, de unas 5.000 fotografías le muestro una pequeña parte de la erupción que ha durado 85 días y que ha cambiado la vida de muchas familias palmeras, las cuales lo han perdido todo de un día para otro.
Mixed Feelings (Sentimientos Encontrados) es un claro ejemplo de lo que viví en mi estancia en la isla bonita. Como algo tan espectacular y hermoso puede ser tan destructivo a la vez.

Before me, like many of us, the possibility of seeing a volcano erupting live. I decided to travel to the island during the first days of the eruption, specifically on September 24-25. Everything was confusing and new, so I was affected by the restrictions on my stay on the island, both in the places where I could see the volcano safely, and the airport itself, since I had to return by boat. So my initial script had to be completely modified and improvised, so to speak, to show the volcanic eruption through my cameras. My stay on the island and the first contact with the volcano was totally shocking. A totally contradictory feeling. On the one hand, seeing the spectacle of nature as fascinating as the volcanic eruption and a dream come true and at the same time the anguish of the people who were losing everything. My impact was so great that despite having made the compilation of the timelapse in September, I have not decided to make it public until now.
In this short timelapse, out of some 5,000 photographs, I show you a small part of the eruption that has lasted 85 days and has changed the lives of many palm families, who have lost everything from one day to the next.
Mixed Feelings is a clear example of what I experienced during my stay on the beautiful island. How something so spectacular and beautiful can be so destructive at the same time.
